Fox to Revive Jack Bauer & 24?
What the what???
Fresh on the heels of news that Fox canceled his new drama Touch, I’m hearing that the network is mulling over the idea of bringing back Keifer Sutherland‘s seminal role of Jack Bauer in a limited-run series of 24. Nothing specific has been leaked completely yet, but with the effort to make a feature film falling through, a return to the small screen seems like a possibility. Former showrunner Howard Gordon (Homeland) is apparently the one behind the push.
With each episode of 24 representing an hour, the show runs for 24 hours. Maybe they’ll do a 12-week run with each episode representing 2 hours. Or it could all be speculation. Who knows? I’ll keep you posted if I hear anything new.
